Lean5S Training Course
The "Lean5S" training provides participants with comprehensive knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles, with a special emphasis on the 5S methodology. The course begins with a historical context, presenting the evolution of production systems – from Henry Ford's innovations to the advanced Toyota Production System. Participants will acquire practical skills related to effective workplace organization, identification and elimination of waste, and implementation of the five pillars of 5S: Sort (Sort), Set in Order (Set in Order), Shine (Shine), Standardize (Standardize), and Sustain (Sustain). The training program also covers key issues related to safety, highlighting the strategic importance of reducing accident risks in the work environment.
