- The similarities and differences between Leadership and Management. What defines a Great Leader vs. a Great Manager?
- Different management styles
- An additional module titled: Implementing Change, which covers:
- Factors that lead to success or failure in change initiatives
- Core principles of change
- Resistance to change – and why, in some cases, resistance can be beneficial
