Outline
Day 1: Introduction to the artificial intelligence management system (AIMS) and ISO/IEC 42001
Day 2: Artificial intelligence management system (AIMS) and certification exam
Examination
The ISO/IEC 42001 Foundation exam adheres to all requirements of the PECB Examination and Certification Program (ECP) and covers the following competency domains:
Domain 1: Fundamental principles and concepts of an artificial intelligence management system (AIMS)
Domain 2: Artificial intelligence management system (AIMS)

Certification
After passing the exam, you may apply for the “PECB Certificate Holder in ISO/IEC 42001 Foundation” certificate. For further details on ISO/IEC 42001 certifications and the PECB Certification process, please refer to the Certification Rules and Policies.
The requirements for obtaining the ISO/IEC 42001 Foundation certificate are as follows:

General
- Both certification and examination fees are included in the training course price.
- Participants will receive training course materials comprising over 200 pages of content, practical examples, exercises, and quizzes.
- An attestation of course completion granting 14 CPD (Continuing Professional Development) credits will be issued to attendees.
- Candidates who complete the training but do not pass the exam are eligible to retake the exam free of charge once within a 12-month period from the initial exam date.
