Agile Project Management with Kanban Training Course

Enroll in this instructor-led live training in Brazil to gain proficiency in Agile project management using Kanban and Jira. Participants will learn to implement Kanban workflows, customize Jira for their organizational needs, conduct advanced searches, and generate reports to boost team productivity.

This instructor-led, live training (online or onsite) is aimed at both beginner-level and advanced-level participants. The knowledge and tools provided can be applied in your daily work to optimize workflow efficiency.

By the end of this training, participants will be able to:

• Increase the number of work items completed per unit of time.
• Reduce the time required to complete work items.
• Improve work predictability (providing better answers to "When will it be done?").
• Manage flow metrics (throughput, lead time, work in progress, work item age).
• Use flow charts (Cumulative Flow Diagram, Lead Time Histogram, Work Aging Chart).
• Utilize statistical forecasting methods, such as Monte Carlo simulations and Service Level Agreement.
• Design a Kanban System in a methodological way (STATIK).
• Understand Little's Law, which describes the nature of value flow.

This intensive two-day training equips teams within an Agile Release Train (ART) to thrive in an Agile setting by leveraging frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, and XP. Attendees will gain practical skills in functioning as Agile teams, managing backlogs, and successfully planning and executing iterations. A key focus is understanding the team’s specific role within the ART and mastering collaboration, planning, execution, and continuous improvement alongside peer teams.

The program prepares teams to engage effectively in Program Increments (PI), addressing both team-level and program-level events, with special attention to upcoming PI planning sessions. Upon completion, participants will be well-prepared to sit for the certification exam to achieve their SAFe® Practitioner (SP) designation.
