The training equips teams to actively engage in Program Increments (PI), addressing both Team-level and Program-level events, with special attention to preparing for upcoming PI planning sessions. Upon completing the course, participants will be well-prepared to take the certification exam to achieve SAFe® Practitioner (SP) status.
