SAFe® for Teams Training Course
Designed as an intensive two-day program, this course empowers teams within an Agile Release Train (ART) to thrive in Agile environments by leveraging frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, and XP. Participants will master the essentials of operating as an Agile Team, including effective backlog management and the successful planning and execution of iterations. A key focus is placed on understanding the team's critical role within the ART, fostering collaboration, coordinated planning, joint execution, and continuous improvement with peer teams.
The training equips teams to actively participate in a Program Increment (PI), addressing both Team-level and Program-level events, with special attention to upcoming PI planning sessions. Upon completion, participants will be well-prepared to sit for the certification exam to earn the SAFe® Practitioner (SP) credential.
By the end of the course, participants will be able to:
Apply SAFe principles to scale Lean and Agile practices across the organization.
Understand their team’s role within the Agile Release Train and how it contributes to overall objectives.
