Requirements
• Participants complete a 48-question online 360-degree survey to assess their current influence behaviors. This includes self-feedback and input from up to seven others. The responses are not anonymous. • The resulting report aligns with the Influencing Behaviour Model used in the program and is reviewed during the course.
